Tariffs
The provider isn't what sets the price.
Magenta and Drei bill along the same lines – which one is cheaper for you depends on those, not on the name on the SIM. We are tied to neither: if your tariff already fits, we say so.

What actually decides your bill
Phone included – or SIM only?
This is exactly where both split their tariffs. With a device in the contract you pay it off over the term – the monthly price then says little about the tariff itself.
Contract or prepaid?
Prepaid means no commitment, no invoice, gone whenever you like. A contract is almost always cheaper per gigabyte – but you stay a while.
How old are you?
Both run their own youth tariffs, and the age limit is higher than most people think. Nobody asks about it on their own – we do.
How many SIM cards in the household?
From the second card on one invoice, both give a discount. That often saves more than switching tariff at all.
Internet at home too?
Phone and internet together cost less than separately at both. Sign them separately and you give the bundle discount away.
There are deliberately no numbers here: conditions change constantly, and what applies today may be different next week. We work out where you stand right now in conversation.
Repairs
What we repair most often
The four most common faults, with rough timings. We tell you the price in the shop, before we start.
Broken screen
Cracked glass, a black display, or a touchscreen that stopped responding. For common models we keep the screen in stock.

Battery gives up
The phone shuts down at 30 per cent, or only runs while plugged in. Usually it is the battery, not the phone.

Charging port failing
The cable wobbles, charges only at one particular angle, or not at all. Often it is just dirt – we check that first.

Cracked back glass
The glass back is broken. It looks worse than it is and is usually done quickly.

Save yourself the second trip
Register your device online beforehand – then we already know whether the spare part is in stock. And with the number from your receipt you can see at any time how far along the repair is.
