A crack in the glass is obvious – but not every screen fault looks like that. Sometimes the glass stays intact while the picture flickers, shows stripes or goes black. Sometimes the touch fails only in one corner. All of that is the screen, and we look at all of it for free before anything is charged.
For many models there is both an original display and an equivalent, cheaper alternative. When you drop the device off we tell you honestly what the difference is and what makes sense for your device – and you decide, not us.
A screen swap does not touch your photos, contacts or apps. Still, as always: a backup beforehand never hurts, and if you are not sure how, we will show you quickly.
